Short Closure

We will be closing for a short time from August 15th, 2026 until September 1st, 2026, as we are all having a short break and travelling overseas.

Saturday mornings our office will be closed for August 15th, 22nd and 29th. Our drop off and pick ups will be open again on Saturday, September 5th.

All submissions received during this closure will be safe at the post office and will be processed when we open again on September 1st.

CURRENT SPECIAL OFFER

Special offer for the month of July only.

Simply submit at least 20 cards for grading and one card will be graded free of charge. This will apply for every lot of 20 cards or more, with no limit on the number of cards.

Submit 20 cards – 1 FREE grading,
Submit 40 cards – 2 FREE gradings,
Submit 60 cards – 3 FREE gradings,
Submit 80 cards – 4 FREE gradings,
Submit 100 cards – 5 FREE gradings etc.

As always we will send an invoice after the cards arrive here. The invoice will be adjusted to include this special offer.

This special off applies to all service levels. As is usual, Economy plus requires a minimum of 21 cards. Cards must be received by us during the month of July, no later than 5pm, Friday July 31st, 2026. We are not responsible for postage delays so send them in early.

Drop Off and Pick Up Service

While our main site has no public access, we now have a drop off and pick up service available on Saturday mornings from 9am until 12 midday. No appointment necessary but please complete a submission form or spreadsheet before dropping off your cards.  You can drop off and pick up for any service level, except for Express, which will need to be posted back to you.

Entry is via Langdon Avenue and there is plenty of free parking on Langdon Avenue.

Re-encapsulation Service

All cards that are submitted for re-encapsulation will now need to be examined, and if necessary, re-graded.

There is no guarantee that any card will receive the same grade. The cost will remain at $11.95 per card.

Our new 10 point grading scale will be used from May 22nd, 2021, and will be as follows:

• 10-PRISTINE

• 9.5-GEM/MT

• 9-MINT

• 8.5-NM/MT+

• 8-NM/MT

• 7.5-NM+

• 7-NM

• 6-EX+

• 5-EX

• 4-VG

• 3-GOOD

• 2-FAIR

• 1-POOR
